Random users have emailed me saying when they click on any link on my site it takes them to the login screen and forces them to logon. If they logon...it automaticlly logs them off and makes them log back on. This only happens to random people...and I can't duplicate the issue...but I saw it once at someones house. I was told it is a cookie issue, but once I had someone on the phone with the issue who said he had his browser set to "accept all cookies". I recently built this modded version of OSC to replace my old OSC store which worked fine...but needed more features. The main difference between new and old is that I am using BTS. Anyone getting this issue with my site, or able to give me some guidance on how to fix it...it is really hurting me sales wise! My site is www.marylandspeed.com Thanks!

Nope...if the person has the problem...it is on all the links...no matter what you click on it makes you log in... I have seen it happen one...and the IE settings were normal far as I could tell.. It seems to be totally random...but I have had four people contact me with the issue...which makes me wonder how many more are having the issue! I hope someone can help!
Guest Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 What browser? There was a problem with IE quite sometime back that caused session problems -I had it myself until I upgraded with the patch from M$ :) Matti

Guest Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 well i have same problem on My Webpage i was just checking around site and it did it to me on 3 different occasions clicked on image to enlarge went to logon screen went back had to click several times before it would correct itself clicked catagory did the same clicked on item did the same all 3 times basically same happened had to click what ever i was trying to do several times to get it to open correct page this only started happening after i installed header tag controller as far as i know it was the first time i have seen this
