TREND VIEW

I'd like to have the possibility to show the price trend of the products on sale.

example:

based on a period of X days record Highest, lowest and average price and out of this info display an icon (could be a colored arrow) showing the trend.

 

This visual option is very usefull for site selling items sensible to stock market and valuta rates. I'm dealing with Computer Components and as mostly knows Memory modules changes prices Up and Down constantly.

 

I've been "scanning" the Os Commerce contributions, but there's nothing that can do this.

 

Please help.
