Guest Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 Alright, on the customer email and on the site when you order, I ordered an item that is 1 Lbs (mock order). Sub-Total: $4.99 United Parcel Service (1 x 4lbs) (Ground): $7.16 OK TAX 8.5%: $1.03 Total: $13.18 Why does it say 1x4lbs! Is there a way I can change the modue so that it takes the actual shipping rate, multiplies it by 150% then rounds up to nearest dollar? Someone assist? Thanks UPS,FEDEX,USPS modules.
rcmdesign Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 The reason why it is showing up 4 lbs is because in the admin area under configuration - Shipping/Packaging, there is an option called Package Tare weight. This adds a certain amount of weight onto the products weight. I assume you have it set to 3. Check that out...Not sure how to help you on your second question...
