earls Posted July 28, 2004 Posted July 28, 2004 When I put my email address into the forgotten password box, it won't send the password out. Nothing ever happens? Perhaps it is not configured correctly? Where should I look (This is not my cart, I'm trying to help support someone else). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
