Category link to files

Is there a way to link the Category to a file or outside link?

 

Here is what try to do:

 

1. Create a Category : Example

 

2. When you click on Example in the category box it will launched the page example.php

instead off showing there are no product in this category.

 

3. Can this be done? Reason is because I want to have the consistance look of the Menu theme in the category box. If I add the item to the box it doesn't inherited the menu theme.
