Hello,

 

I hope someone can help me solve this as the more orders we getting in now the more we are missing also.

 

Basically people pay for there order via worldpay but for some reason (which i think is that its not returing them to our site after payment is made) Its not putting a record on our system so we are getting people telling us they have not reiceved there order yet. They have a world pay transaction number but its not showing up on the Orders section.

 

Is there anyway we can stop this from happening as its making us look bad now.

Yes,

You should at the very least be matching up your e-mails from Worldpay against your emails from your own site. There are plenty of ways to improve the situation so you don't miss any orders and ways to retrieve the situation when one goes awol. Also there are several contributions that keep a track of orders in progress (though I haven't found it necessary to implement one of these in MS2 - I used to use one in MS1). yes that is what im doing matching up the emails i get from worldpay but still have to go back to the customer and have to ask them what they ordered as the emails do not tell us this, therefore making us look a bad.
