Drop Down Box in Admin - HELP

Hi All,

 

I'm pretty decent at configuring oscommerce cart but this time i'm in over my head i want to duplicate the manufacture drop down box and change it so i can change it to types of products. (such as extracts, caps ect...) I've done a lot of changes in the code, added tables in the database but can't figure it out.

 

Here's the error message i get. Any help would be rad. Thanks in advance.
