I'm new to php and oscommerce. I need guidance on how o modify my layout. Also some of my links don't work. Any suggestions? B)

links may be due to a wrong path in your configure.php files

You can gain information from the docs info link in my signature or the knowledge base which a link is at the very top right of this page

More info would be needed for the links problem I'm sure, but as for the layout, start with the stylesheet to change border colors, other colors, font sizes and styles etc. The main one is under the folder named catalog/stylesheet.css Past that, I started using one of the contributions that is a page template - you can use this to integrate the guts of Osc into your own web page. I found it pretty easy. Search thru the Contributions collection for that one. (Contributions are like modules or add-ons that changes or adds new functionality to the cart)

Thanks Brook. I did manage to change the guts of my site but for some reason all the navigational links to my products opened up the index page.

I'm slowly catching on to this. I still haven't figured out which php page holds the middle part of the index page. I don't want the new products section. I would much rather have my own graphic in place of that. I also don't want the what's new icon in the middle top either. The non functioning links are https://www.worldenchantments.com/oscommerc...ut_shipping.php and https://www.worldenchantments.com/oscommerce2/account.php so far.

drill down to catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php - this has the guts of the text of the front page of the cart. There are a lot of goodies in that directory.
