Where to edit the names used in the breadcrumbs

At the top of my store page just below the header images is what I think folks call breadcrums. Mine show Top(links to my home page) >>Catalog[b](links to home page of the store)[/b]>> etc.

 

What I'd like to do is change the word Top to read Myhomepage(but still have it link to my home page like it does now), and change the word Catalog to the word Store aand keep the link as it should be. Can I do this, and what php would I do that in?

catalog/includes/languages/english.php and any other language
