timcrafton Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 Hi, I had my store up and running, and was adding some contributions to the installation yesterday. Now for some reason that I cannot figure out, when I click "Add to Cart" or "Buy now" or even login, it simply returns a blank screen, no errors or anything. I have scoured hundreds of posts on the boad to try and figure it out, usually this has done the trick for me, but I cannot find anything that is applicable that helps. As the store is now live and NOT working, I ask if someone could please help me figure this out. http://www.advancededm.com The last thing I did was make an "About Us" page and have it show up in the INFO box, and it seeemed to work fine. I did however remove it and restore my original files. So if anyone has any input, I would greatly appreciate your help. Tim

But I am not 100% sure. I did have Search engine safe URLS before, I tried to turn them off after your comment, same thing happens... :blink: What should I look for in logs?
