Completely baffled

Please look at;

At the bottom of the page there is a lot of white space underneath the footer. I have no idea why this exists as the HTML renders only one <br> after the last line of code. This has been bothering me all day. I will lose sleep over it. Does anyone know why this is happening and save me a restless night?
