is it better to install osc into a sub folder ???

i wanted to know if it is better to install osc into a sub directory rather than the root directory. is there a difference in terms of reliability, server errors etc???

No difference at all except in a sub directory your url will have the sub in it

In the root http://your domain.com and in a sub http://your domain.com/sub
