SSL install questions

OK, my new site resides on my own server. My SSL certificate is at the server level, ns.domainxxx.com. My new site and store are at www.domainyyy.com. So my site is going to have a shared SSL. Knowing these facts, how do I go about doing what I need to do in ocs and at my site level?

What would the relay response and default receipt url look like knowing that.

 

What other places doe I have to something in, and what is that something?

 

Please: I'm already confusedenough so only send back posts that you feel could work, rather than posts in that are hypethetical inputs or what did I do's kind of stuff. I need a person that thinks they're inputs will work.
