Want to show current exchange rate on my store

I sell on USD based prices but local currency is not USD. The store has default currency set as US Dollars.

 

Continuously I am asked for the current exchange rate from US Dollars to Mexican Pesos (MXP).

 

I modify exchange rates according to banks, almost on a daily basis, not using the auto adjust option.

 

I think it would be nice and helpfull to show on the whole store what is the current exchange rate i am working with, so i would spend less time on telling that info and more on selling.

 

Any idea how to achieve that?

Please advice, i am a newbie on PHP.
