Severe DB Problem

My whole store is down with this error, and has been down at various times this past week. Normally doing a DB repair fixes it, but not this time. I keep getting this error going to any where in the OS Commerce APP:

 

016 - Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

select value from sessions where sesskey = '980d65d86a277ae32a1d4af05c28ead6' and expiry > '1090611829'

If you refresh that screen, it just keeps going through all the values in the sessions table - even though I've now deleted all the sessions!

 

I've tried repairing the DB, repairing the table, I do not find any file called sessions.MYI. We have not tried to boot the server yet. Any more suggestions?
