daddyrabbit Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 Here is my very first osC storefront: Victorian Home Furnishings Be gentle! :) Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence.
Arcadiauk Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 Hi I like your actual store front http://victorianhomefurnishings.com/ but when I go into your store it doesn't follow through the same theme. You have some nice products and with a bit of tweaking here and there you could have a very nice online shop. Perhaps make the store the same width as your main home page too. Good luck with your store :) Derek
HyperJack Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 I don't understand this. Why do people want a STOCK OSC set up to be reviewed. We've all seen it before. If it functions properly, then you're all set.
daddyrabbit Posted July 23, 2004 Author Posted July 23, 2004 Firstly, thanks to Derek for your contrustive critique. Secondly, this forum is specifically FOR reviewing sites, so I am confused by why someone would object. Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence.
daddyrabbit Posted July 23, 2004 Author Posted July 23, 2004 Good question...the client has admin access in order to upload items...although it may have been an oversight during my initial setup...it might alos help from a demographics standpoint... Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence.
miguel_os Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 Hello Bill Just a couple of suggestions. There is one language availiable and also only one currency. Maybe you can remove those boxes, you don't really need them as long as there is nothing to choose (at least a this moment). In my opinion the pictures of your products are poor, they should make your items to look even better as they are in reality or at least as they are (i'm sure they are nicer as they appear in the store). Congratulations for your store. Good luck. Miguel.
