Help with using single shipping address

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help... I would like to configure my site so that any orders made can only be sent to their registered paypal or nochex address. For security reasons, I do not want people to be able to use multiple shipping addresses. This should be easy but I am having difficulty with it....Please help!!
