want to implement membership

i would like to implement my store as a membership access:

 

-the customer must first create an account

 

-next they are prompted to pay the initial month membership fee of $25

 

-after this is completed they will be emailed their username and password

for accessing the site contents

 

-they will not see any type of pricing information again because they have already paid the $25 membership fee but they will be able to queue up products in my store until they cancel

 

what files will i need to change and how to accomplish this????PLEASE ASSIST
