fablog Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 Hi all, I have a pb with UPS (xml) when package weight is over 66Kg. Between a package of 66Kg and a package of 100Kg, I haven't any price modification. Under 66Kg the price estimation is good. What do you think about that? Thx Fab Quote
Guest Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 what is the weight limit ups will take? will they take a package over 66 kg? Quote
fablog Posted July 22, 2004 Author Posted July 22, 2004 I don't think there is a limit of total weight but it's sure that there is a limit by unit. This unit is the same for all transporter and is 50Kg by default on OSC. But it haven't any impact on my pb because Fedex worft perfectly on my osc (no limitation at 66Kg). Thx Fab Quote
Guest Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 fed ex has a different weight limit than ups, you need to check with your rep for ups/fedex for their limitations in your area, then we can proceed Quote
fablog Posted July 22, 2004 Author Posted July 22, 2004 I think you don't understand my pb because OSC split order and deny weight overload. If I want to buy 10000kg of product, fedex is ok but UPS announce a "Maximum number of packages exceeded" : It's ok But my pb is that UPS stop estimation over 60 KG, it's not the same pb, and it's a bug. If UPS don't accept a 60 Kg delivery UPS modul should announce it. best regards Fab Quote
