Internal Server Error Message

Hello,

 

When customers login to my site and try to make a purchase they see the following message.

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does anyone know how to sort this?

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? It sounds similar to the problem I'm having; customers get the error when creating an account or finalizing a purchase, and the admin can get the error by trying to send an email. What does the server error log say?

 

Well, if you had the same problem and fixed it, I'd love to know how.
