BrokenWings Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Have this error at top of site: "Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: var/www/html/catalog/download/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid." Now this folder is there with everything to download. What is the problem? I have a friend working on it, but he can not figure out why this error is there either, when all folders are present. Can someone help us? thank you for your time.
Guest Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Are the access rights you set in ftp right for the folder it may be that the folder has no rights at all setup chmod the folder to 755 and see what happens.
