DandA Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I'm trying to create a store that uses information from a manufacturer's data feed. I've got all the products loaded using Easy Populate (Way cool mod btw), but I have one problem. All the images for the products are not showing. I've got the broken image thingie instead. When I put in the URL for the image, I did remember to remove the http:// thing, but still no images. How does one link to images that are on another server for the products? Anyone know? I'd appreciate any help as I have a deadline for this site. Anne

DandA Posted July 21, 2004 Author Posted July 21, 2004 Ok, I tried to put the http:// back in, and that didn't work... What the cart is doing is that it's looking in the catalog/images folder for the product images, and I need it NOT to do that. If I click on the properties of a picture that is not showing up, this is what is says for the link: http://mydomain.com/catalog/images/http://.../IL_BACIO_W.JPG What I need to do is figure out a way for the first half of that to be gone... Any ideas? Thanks! Anne
scotte Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 oooh, maybe in the config foler, there is an image directory you need to set. The default setting is http://mydomain.com/catalog/images/ just make the value empty and it should be right!
