Item Counts for variations

Hi Everyone, I did a search but could not find anything quite what I was after, so I will ask.

 

Say I am selling t-shirts in large medium and small, but i have 25 large 12 small and 6 medium. Right now all I can see is my option is to place down an item count of 43. and ig 30 people want larges im in trouble, is there any way in the default install, or in a module to chage the item counts dependant on the variation?
