Sorry that I am a technical dummy It seems that any directory path holding over 1,000 files should be inefficient. That would mean if a store have 10,000 products would be slowed down significantly if all pictures are simply stored in IMAGES/ folder! The most simple and reasonable idea is that I would assume no single sub-category would hold more than 1,000 products. how could I set each product images to go into it's respective sub-category? e.g. Product here: /Top/Cat1/SubCat1/SubSubCat1/productXYZ respective image here: images/Top/Cat1/SubCat1/SubSubCat1/productXYZ.jpg Any idea to do it manually or an auto contribution would be very much appreciated. Sincere thanks in advance for ideas from any technical genius! ----------------------------------- Also would like to have some idea whether a long list of category would be bad to SEO?
