Help Understanding UPS module

I currently installed the ups module. The default for current oscommerce 2.2. When I input a postal code in canada I appear to get an error. Literally, the displayed error is "error". I do not know how else to start diagnosing this problem.

 

I tested this with a dud US postal code ie 10001 and the shipping module works like a charm. But when inputting a canadian postal code with the appropriate country ie Country - Canada Postal Code - L3R 2P7 I get the stated error above.

 

Config > Shipping / Packaging > etc....

 

Can anyone help me with this?
