Having trouble setting the width on inner pages..

Hello,

 

I'm having some trouble setting the width to 80% for all of the necessary tables.. If you look at the main page, http://www.dissidenthosting.com/sirius/ and then click on the sample product, you'll see that the lower tables are still at 100% width. I cannot find the proper configuration file that I need to set the width to 80% at, and I've tried almost everything I could find. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd be in your debt.
