I was told by amex to go to their website http://home5.americanexpress.com/merchant/...elogossmall.asp

and download this to my site. When I try to it asks for the url it's going to. I'm new to oscommerce. What do I tell it?

I do have a decal of mc and visa on our site now, but was put there by the webmaster we had.

Thanks for any help....

When you are at the Amex page you quoted, tick the images you want to use/or try. Enter your web address in the URL, eg, www.yoursite.co.uk

then submit. It doesn't do anything to your site, it just creates a download for you. Download and save the images, and there will be instructions/readme with the download on what you can do with them.

Hope this helps :)

When I was setting up my shop, I used this contribution to deal with card images.

You can see the storefront side of it in action on my site at the WWW link below. (Look near the bottom of the right column.)

Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database.

Rule #2: Make sure there are no exceptions to Rule #1.
