Protected Downloads

I'm setting up a site to sell ebooks and mp3s, I am very interested in what oscommerce offers howver I am looking for something that does the following thing:

 

- Lets users buy a book with payment methods such as paypal,

- The book is then added to a protected area where users can download this ebook the number of times they wish.

 

^^ Does this kind of module exist ? Lastly I was wondering if oscommerce offer some kind of paid support, should the system go wrong we would like to be able to pay someone to fix it immediately,
