Restore from backup....

SOrry for that... my pc shut down mid-post!!

 

 

anyhooo...

 

i'm trying to update my fresh install of OSC, and i want to restore my db from the admin backup thing (.sql) so i do the restore and nothing changes?

(ie... the catalog structure cpu>>amd>>athlon>> etc is not there and the products are gone.....)

 

what am i doing wrong... i have searched and not found anything that can help me....

 

so any direction would be app.
