Step 6: Database server

Hi peoples,

 

I'm trying to test oscommerce on my home computer. I've successfully installed easyphp. now just have a little trouble with oscommerce.

 

I am a newbie to this - and not sure what details to enter for step 6 in the installation.

 

I'm not sure what to enter for "Database Server". I've made a test database called 'cwa' in phpmyadmin.

 

i've tried 192.168.0.1 (which is my ip in network properties), and also trying to type in:

 

c:/program files/easyphp1-7/mysql/data/mysql/

 

but obviously that doesnt work!! arghhhhhhh

 

I just want to play around with oscommerce on my home computer, and if all goes well, I am going to setup up an online store for my boss.

 

Can someone help?

I'm running windows xp home.
