I am totally new to using this program. I need to change the text on the first page of my shopping cart from the default text to a more relevant text to my store.

The page states: [path to catalog]/includes/languages/english/index.php

When I get to "English", there is not an index.php to click on or modify. Can anyone help me on this? I have clicked on english, and it has images, modules, and shipping, and that is it.

Are you using a stock install of osC if so you need to check again. There should be a lot of php files in that folder or your site would not be working and you would not be able to even see those directions that you quoted on your index page. The first php file you should see in that folder is accounts.php and you just scroll down from there looking for index.php.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
