Cannot get past checkout_address page

:( Everytime I try to continue past the checkout_address page, I get redirected back to the same page. I have tried solutions to other posts. For example, selecting an address and continuing again. Changing tax codes, etc to -None-. None of these seem to work.

 

Please help with any new suggestions or fixes.
