As a newbie to osCommerce I'm still trying to find my way around everything.

Can any of you knowledgeable people point me to the best contributions to achieve the following:

1. Volume discount - specifically, I need to be able to offer, "buy 10, get 11th free". This is applicable to every block of 10, so "buy 20, get another 2 free".

2. "Buy X and Y together and save $z" - ie, special price for items grouped together.

OK, I've had another rummage around in the Contributions area and I've dug up the following:

Bundled Products from Chris Tanner

Buy_two_module from Kai Schulz

Quantity Price Breaks Per Product from Andrew Baucom

Before I start messing up my working fileset, can anyone who has used these tell me if they will do what I need? Or, are there any athers I should take a look at?

Thanks,

John

Hi

Can't really comment on the contributions. But it is probably just as quick to do a full back up in Cpanel, and try them out.

Hi

erll,

the buy_two_module will do your second point:

Buy product A + B for x...

save: y....

Just take look at www.auroranien.de that is where I have installed MY solution ;)

cheers

Thank you.

I am a little bit confused with your modification.

Can I select the products I want to group or does it only choose automatically based on similar product types?
