Electronic Check Module needed

I need help to get or modify a module for accepting electronic checks. (like the current credit card module) for offline processing. I have a merchant account that has Telecheck incorporated into it. This allows me to enter the checking account routing number, checking account number, next check number & Drivers license number.

 

Would it be be possible to copy the cc module & rename it & modify it? If so what do I do.
