What can i do to get rid of this message? it appears at the top of my catalog page.

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/install) is not within the allowed path(s): (D:\Hosting) in d:\hosting\ychen\oscommerce\catalog\includes\header.php on line 15

Thanks a lot!

open_basedir restriction in effect

it seems like it might be a hostinng company issue
