gandalfthewhite Posted July 18, 2004 Posted July 18, 2004 I've been doing some test orders to make sure the modules are working correctly and can't find out how to reset the order entry back to 0 (it's upto almost 20 now). I've looked in the SQL database but can only find the counter entry for how many hits occur on the site. thanks.

You will probably need to empty all of tables that start with orders to make everything consistent. orders, orders_products etc. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
