Flash navigation bar

Hi, I am using STS.

 

I have created a flash Navigation bar, my login link from the flash file should load account.php when clicked.

 

I have tested this and for some reason it wont load unless i refresh the page 2-3 times.

 

Have i got the correct link "account.php" or is it something else that i am missing.
