I am looking to open a online shop (obviously lol), I already have a Nochex account which I know can be used with OS. But I think that this is a bit limited as a payment option for buyers. I want to beable to accept the credit and debit cards myself, ie on my site. I am able to add an SSL conntection to my site for a fee. SO my question is what companines are there that will help me accept credit and debit cards on my site. I think that these are called Merchant accounts. From what I have seen from my first few web searches these "Merchant accounts" seem to be very very expensive. Please could you advice me in the best way / best company to go with!
