How to skip Delivery and Payment information?

At my shop http://smokingplaza.com I have only one shipping metod (regional based rates) and only one payment method (PayPal) available.

 

I don't want my customers be confused with Payment information and Delivery information pages as customers can't really select anything.

I want to make Checkout link send customer to Order Confirmation page or to the page, where he is told that we can't deliver cigarettes to his country.

 

Is this possible and how?

I'm also interested in this, I only offer my customer one shipping method, and two payment method.

Therefore the shipping-metod-page isn't necessary to display.

I'm having the opposite problem, it's skipping my Delivery information and not counting the delivery price, and has started doing this on a live shop, and I don't know or understand why... It's getting quite problematic... If you have an idea....
