Error changing my delivery address

Can anyone help please?

 

When I logon try and order and then change the delivery address I get this error 1062 - Duplicate entry '1-3' for key 1

I have removed setails for the post but it does say my name and address.

Did you transfer all your customers from MS1 to MS2? If so, I'm in the same boat too...and trying to find a fix...
