HELP WITH TITLES

I am currently in the process of changing a website to another with different products, is there a way i can change what is in the <title> brackets so that it will display my new title to all of my pages??

That did not work for me, what would you do if you wanted to edit your titles for the first time?

Look for this:

define('TITLE', 'osCommerce');

in catalog/includes/languages/english.php
