Guest Posted July 16, 2004 Posted July 16, 2004 Paypell are pretty fair, or use a bank that accepts online payments

Guest Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 i too have been thinking about finally getting a merchant account, but i've been putting it off for some time now. the merchant accounts i receive quotes from are far more expensive than paypal. and they seem to all charge % fees for refunds too? what is that all about.. and the pci requirements have me a bit squirmish. i started using alertpay.com a few months ago. so far, although it's a tad more expensive than paypal - it's exactly the same. other than they have no ipn at present.
dvharrison Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Protx is also a good alternative and their rates are better than PayPal's HTH Debbie Harrison
