UPS on only ONE item in my store

Hi all, I need no shipping on all my items except one item. It needs to be ups, and it is shipped from a different location to all the other items in my store. How can I setup a different base location and UPS shipping for this one item? It seems a shame that the store thinks all items must have the same shipping method. Thanks for your time. Rob
