Zip code verification

Just wondering if there is any module allow me to verify a zip code before the shipping address is saved into the database. (We are in the US)

 

Our products has a low margin and we want to make sure that zip code enetered by customers are correct. Because one wrong shipment could cost more than what we are making. :huh:

 

I've been looking for posts regarding this topic, but couldn't find any.

 

Anyone got idea? Thanks!
