mdsnyderjr Posted July 15, 2004 Posted July 15, 2004 Items are being deleted from my shopping cart without any reason. It seems to coincide with the "buy now" button. It is not reproducable. Everytime I try to place an order, something different happens. I selected 10 items and they were placed in the cart. When I selected the 11th item, all previous 10 items are deleted from the cart. This doesn't happen to items that have attributes. We recently added the coupon module and think maybe this is causing the problem because it modified so many files. But we aren't sure when this problem started. We were alerted by a customer complaint.
Guest Posted July 15, 2004 Posted July 15, 2004 how about removing the coupon module (restore your code to just prior to installing it) and see what happens, to see if your theory is correct. if it is, means you missed something on the installation.
