brat Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 I've had a similar problem, I have the HCL image in the header, it doesn't always come up (more often not), I was thinking of making it a smaller file but can't find the source, the one in /help/inc/skins/default/images/lh/initiate.gif looks different! krakon Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 Hi Kittidid, I see you now a lot about help center live, maybe you can help me with this issue, I have tryed to ask for help at the official forums on http://www.ubertec.co.uk/forums but I just don't get any answer, I Got the Winapp and I am trying to use it before I embebed it on Oscommerce, so that is not a probem. I have tried to connect from my computer other computers and many people have helped me to try this. After I am sure that there is a problem I am posting this. (it is important to say that some times it works but most of the time it doesn't) there might be something wrong with my configuration I don't know but I hope you can help me.
