Currency - setting up UK pound

I have tried to find out how to do this but I must be blind

 

What I what to do is set currency up for UK pound

 

Just do not know how to do this i.e Value: ect

in admin side of store

admin->localization->currencies

 

Click on created a new default currency?

In the edit did you put 1.0000000 as the value and then click on update currencies button ?

and in the catalog/includes/languages/english.php around line 36

define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'USD');

Change it to whatever you need
