Guest
Hi All I have a server that hosts several sites. My own siteLivingStyle which runs OScommerce works fine and I have know problems with it now thanks to some fantastic support that I have received from this forum. Thanks All. However I have run into a snag that somebody here my be able to help with. I have another site on the same virtual server that is running a database driven PHP site which is in development. But in order for this site to work it needs to be running PHP ver 4.3 If I tell my apache server via httpd.conf to load the PHP 4.3 module the other site works fine but I get a fatal error on my OSC site saying register globals are disabled please enable.... I have edited my php.ini file to enable globals and I know that this is working as my other site needs globals registered to function correctly. but the OSC site just doesn't load. Is it possible to change something in OSC to work with the 4.3 version of PHP or is there another way round this problem? Maybe it is possible to load two versions of PHP one for each site? Anyone have any ideas? chris
