Where is catalog?

I cannot find the folder named catalog? When I go into my ftp site, there are a few folders: anon_ftp, bin, cgi-bin, conf, error_docs, httpdocs, httpsdocs, pd, statistics, and web_users. A few I cant open, but the ones I can and has more folders is httpdocs. I cannot find the folder that says catalog, because I want to put a froogle data feed and it says to put it into catalog\admin\froogle.php, which I cannot find. Can someone tell me where it is. Thanks

Normally your CATALOG is installed into httpdocs as /httpdocs/catalog, unless you installed your catalog directly into httpdocs without the CATALOG folder.

If this is the case then you should see ADMIN / IMAGES / INCLUDES folders in here eg: /httpdocs/admin & httpdocs/includes etc etc. If this is correct then your Froogle data should be here \admin\froogle.php without the catalog bit.

Normally you would see httpdocs/catalog/admin / httpdocs/catalog/includes etc etc

I hope that makes sense.

When I go to httpdocs, the only choices are images, links, store and store_admin. You said to go to go to ADMIN / IMAGES / INCLUDES, but I do not have ADMIN, so I tried store_admin/Images/ Includes, but there is no folder that says includes. I had a web designer do my site, and I dont have that much experience with it.

"catalog" is just the default name that you get if you don't change it. It looks as if your web designer used "store" instead. For many sites, where "the site is the store", it makes the most sense to not have a folder for the store at all and have the "catalog" files at the top level of the site. That's what I did.

Are you sure you have an osCommerce store? If you had some sort of admin folder, whatever its name, I would expect there to be an "includes" if it was osCommerce.
