PayPal IPN - Payment has failed!

I'm trying to run the PayPal IPN system for a client and I keep getting "Your payment has failed!" messages from the system. The payment is processing through PayPal just fine. The IPN is returning as completed, but unverified.

 

I have the IPN system running successfully on other sites hosted on the same server, using the same settings. I've tried to create a brand new, fresh install of both osCommerce and the contribution but I'm getting the same results. There is no apostrophe in the name of the store as someone else suggested.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion of something to try?
